I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management and Leadership, Human Resources Management, and Psychology, graduating summa cum laude. I have a certificate in machine learning and am currently devoted to learning emerging generative A.I. technologies.
Professional Experience
For six years, I consulted in the tech and telecom industries at a top human analytics agency. My focus areas included social media and digital marketing, smartphone and tablet market research, brand messaging and tracking, product development, pricing research, consumer insights, and customer journey. This role allowed me to collaborate with industry giants such as Apple, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft, IBM, Intel, Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Cloudflare, contributing to key projects like the launch of Apple Pay in Japan.
Following this, I joined SurveyMonkey as a Senior Analyst for Professional Services and Market Research. At SurveyMonkey, I played a pivotal role in developing and launching SurveyMonkey's Brand Tracking Solution, helping enterprise clients understand and enhance their brand presence in competitive markets. This role also exposed me extensively to smaller consumer brands like Ooni, Lovevery, and Casey's, and unicorn startups like Brex.

My entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 22 when I started my first biotech business focused on saving endangered rhinos.
